Project owners in Morocco had no efficient way to find and compare contractors for construction work. Contractors had no structured channel to discover and bid on relevant projects. The matching process was entirely informal.

Matious built a mobile-first marketplace with a structured project creation flow capturing all technical specifications, a competitive bidding system where contractors submit itemized offers, and a trilingual app in French, Arabic, and English with full RTL support. Phone numbers are verified by SMS, owners and contractors get push notifications when a bid or a reply arrives, and project photos are stored on S3.

The app launched on iOS and Android. Owners could post detailed construction projects and receive competitive bids from qualified contractors, and contractors could filter projects by work type, surface, location and building type.
