THE CHALLENGE

CashAnyCar, recently acquired by Dubizzle,  is a used car purchaser headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has branches in Abu Dhabi due to launch in 2018. The company was founded in 2014 by Nasrullah Chaudhry and Faiyaz Chand. The collective team has over 20 years of experience in the UAE automotive industry, and the company allows customers to sell their cars within 30 minutes.

 

cashanycar.com specializes in high-end, luxury, and sports cars. The project mission was to implement a Genesys contact center solution for OLX Autos IN & ID (India and Indonesia) markets on the Transaction & Classifieds business.

THE SOLUTION

The overall project milestones were infrastructure setup, development of several APIs by the Genesus development team, integration and development on the Exponea  platform, Go-Live CTX desk agents, and Go-Live CTI integration.

 

The role of Matious was to manage the Exponea parts with all the APIs integrations, along with the lead synchronizations.

1. Campaign distribution in L2A Funnel
2. Lead Prioritization and Disposition in L2A Funnel
3. Pushing leads into dialer for A2I funnel based on Call Type
4. Type of Inspection for A2I Leads
