## What needed solving

Video editors spent hours watching raw footage, selecting sequences, removing silent sections, and adding subtitles manually. Pomelo needed software that automated the most time-consuming parts of post-production.

## How we built it

In collaboration with Pomelo, Matious built DERUSH, a plugin that automatically deletes silent sequences, organizes interview content, selects the best footage with one click, and integrates subtitles. Editors go from raw rushes to a clean cut in minutes.

## What we delivered

DERUSH was launched in February 2021. The plugin eliminates the most manual and repetitive parts of video post-production, freeing editors to focus on creative decisions.
