What needed solving
Entrepreneurs in Abu Dhabi needed guidance on company formation, licensing, financing, and government programs, but information was scattered across agencies and hard to navigate. ADSME needed an AI assistant that could answer complex business questions in both English and Arabic, grounded in official local knowledge.
How we built it
Matious built a domain-specialized AI assistant combining a fine-tuned Mistral model trained on 11,000 Abu Dhabi business knowledge pairs, a RAG backend that grounds every answer in official ADSME documents, and a bilingual streaming chat interface with full RTL support. The assistant profiles each user and tailors answers to their business stage and sector.
What we delivered
The assistant handles complex questions about Abu Dhabi company setup, licensing, investment programs, and government initiatives in real time. Returning users pick up conversations where they left off. Every answer can be rated, feeding a continuous improvement cycle.
